Quicke's Goat CheddarThe Quicke family has been dairy farming in Devon since 1540. Mary Quicke is currently at the helm as a 14th generation dairy farmer and cheesemaker. Quickes historically has made cows milk clothbound cheddar, but theyve expanded their offerings in recent years. This cheddar uses locally sourced goats milk and is aged for 6 months. The lush green fields of Devon come through in the milk quality, with aromas of freshly cut grass and upturned earth.
